Circa 1860's fully renovated maisonette, within walking distance to the main street and Riesling Trail.

The cottage provides sleeping for up to 6 adults including two queen size beds and one double bed all in separate rooms. The front lounge has a combustion heater and split system air- conditioning is present in the centre of the cottage which covers all areas.

All floors through the front section of the cottage a re polished Baltic or cypress pine with the remaining floors in natural terra-cotta. The kitchen is fully equipped including stove, microwave, fridge and dishwasher with island sink and bench. The property has two bathrooms including in one shower, vanity, laundry trough and washing machine and the other a two person spa with shower over, hand basin and toilet, with an additional toilet outside under the porch.

The outside encompasses the fully enclosed porch with BBQ facilities with an extensive garden including a flowing creek and heritage listed red gum in the back yard. In all the SA tourism have inspected the property recently and consider it to be rated at 4 1/2 stars.

Tariffs for stays on weekends are AUD$160.00 per night for 2 persons + AUD$40.00 per extra person per night for full cooked breakfast provisions. For continental breakfast the rate is AUD$145.00, plus AUD$35.00 per extra person.
